:drivin: When I make a left turn, I have this loud noice coming from the drivers side rear wheel. I have had a guy that works on rear ends, and he said that the rear end is good. So, I have no idea whats going on. I am really getting pissed off because it make smy car sound like SH!T. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it or make it stop for a while. Thanks!!!!!!!! :dunno:

I know it sounds pretty lame but what do your rear sway bar bushings look like? Also what kind of sound is your car making? Clunk or a whine?

check your rotors and brake pads. that happened to me for a long time. changed out my rotors and problem went away.

this happened to mine once, it turned out that the wheel was slightly bent. Once i got a new wheel it was right as rain.

I've had GM pads wear uneven and grind while turning. New pads and rotors fixed the problem.

could be anything...i had the same problem...does it do it if the clutch is in(if u have 6 speed)...but mine did it and it was the rear end..only made lunk when i turned i think it was left...there is no way to tell if the rear is going out without taking it apart and looking...but it was my spider gears..some of the teeth broke and put stress on it in a turn..so like i said..could be anything

GM makes a caliper bracket shim kit for f body rear ends with disc brakes. The axle endplay makes the rotor hit the caliper bracket in U turns. My 96 did it until I put in the shim kit.
