well im workin on a project and i need some advice.

ii need to know the best, most reliable, and lastly cheapest way to get 600 HP out of a c5r block ?

NO Nitrous, its not allowed, dont ask it just isnt.

i realize that ill probly have to go non naturly aspirated

any advice would be great as far as heads, cams, crank pistons, well everything
