Caged 98 Cobra

On my way back from the New Orleans yesterday i saw a black 98 Cobra come hauling ass through traffic to catch up to me. It sounded pretty damn bad! I notice 2 younger guys and a roll bar behind them and there giving me the thumbs down.........im thinking o shit......but of course i open the cutout and run him anyway from a 60 with 4 deep in my car and pull him by about half a car the first run. Then we went from a 90 and i pulled a little over a car to 145. I got a new wastegate and my car is back to 21lbs!!! He got in front of me after we raced and i think he had a hole in his gas tank or something cause he was spraying fuel all over my car!!! I was getting pretty pissed........so i flipped him off and he turned off interstate.....it was clean.....it had black FR-500s on it and a chrome "Cobra" emblem..

Anyhow, good kill. A role cage is usually a pretty good sign that it's not stock but I could be wrong.....

Well since ive got back to 21lbs of boost im guessing close to 300 now and maybe 325+ after i get it tuned next week.....i should be close to 375 torque

any kill on a Bustang is note worthy. even better when you do it with a car the bustang driver is 100% sure he can win! We have 2 cars, a 2001 m6 SS and my girlfriends 2004 bustang GT. its funny how much more cocky they are when they pull up at a light when im in the GT. when im in the SS, they usually pull up short. but i have respect for any gear head that knows how to show respect / courtesy in return. no matter what they drive.
