Power Steering Rack

Hello all. I've got a '98 TA 'vert and have to replace the power steering rack. Unfortunately, one of the bolts holding the rack to the cross-member hits the oil pan and won't come out. Other than cutting the bolt, anyone have any suggestions? Also, does anybody have pictures of their front suspension? There are some pieces on mine that aren't in any shop manual that I've seen.

Guys, the bolt situation has been remedied. I've dropped the crossmember a bit, and the bolt comes right out. Still haven't figured out what kind of suspension options/upgrades have been added to the car. Does anybody have pictures of the stock suspension?
