im going to guess that the car is going to be a daily driver.
now before getting a cam, you will need the supporting mods to handle a cam, headers and catback.
for a stall, keep within the 3000-3500rpm range and for a cam, nothing bigger than 230-230 with a 114 lsa.
with the stall, you need a trans cooler and shift kit.
with the cam, you will need springs, retainers,hardened push rods, gaskets, ls2 timing chain and ecu tuning.

got to admit....NHRA knows his daily driver stuff. I agree with what he said.
