good thing the camaro's coming back? yay or nay. speak amongst yourselves.
Well, it looks like a butter dish, with the top on, going down the road to me.
O.K. I'm guilty of not buying into new cars.
Don't know what that adds to what you were looking for, but its my .02.

I think it looks a lot like an updated 69 Camaro. Actually, our 4th gen Camaros don't look like Camaros to me. They don't look bad, but they don't look like Camaros did in the 60s and 70s. Since I particularly like the 69s looks, I'm excited about the upcoming car.

They look alright. They are the retro to the 67-69 camaros. Has anyone seen the metallic yellow color on the new maro? If i was going to buy the new maro that's the color i would get. Sweeeeeeeeeeet.

I like the car.
But I am not a big fan of retro styling.
Won't own one.

although it reminds more of the 1st gen camaros, i don't think the design is retro - it is actually very modern. retro design for me is for example the pt cruiser or the chevy hhr.
and yes, i like it.

I think its very sweet! I probably wont buy one though. I would rather spend alot of money on my current Camaro instead. I like the fact that is retro because its not just an updated version of my car, so mine doesnt look all "obsolete".

Make it an SS vert and it's my new daily driver. I swear I won't mod it. I also said this of the 02 when I traded in the modded 96 Z28 vert for it (LOL).

I don't much care for the new look. However I have a feeling that a lot of people will trade there old maro in for the new body style flooding the market. This is good since this should make it easier to find an f-bod however it will probably lower the worth of our cars. Kinda like what happened with the mustang when the new body style came out. I have never seen so many 90 model cobras and gt's on car lots.

Reminds me of the Caddy, maybe it will grow on me. Only seen pictures so far, so I will wait and give it a chance. Did anyone else get a little bent when the leader of the Camaro Vette design team said he didn't want any input from those of us who have purchased Camaros in the past.
I have only bought four new cars; a 75 Camaro, 79 Z-28, 91 LS Camaro, 01 Camaro SS and they don't give a damn about my opinion. Maybe that arrogance is why the name plate has been off the market for five years now.
I plan on waiting to see if the car starts to appeal to me before I buy my next new one, or might I'll buy a Vette instead.:soapbox:
