I usually don't like it with the ground effects, but that does look sweet.

oh my god! that's fucking SWEET! i love the ground f/x on a camaro-they look finished, and those rims are great touch man.

10-05-2005, 08:43 AM
thanks a lot guys. it needs to be lowered a bit, right?

third_shift|studios
10-05-2005, 12:50 PM
no way! the f/x make it look low enough and those wheels fill the wells nicely-you lower it and it'll look ghetto. great car man!

What do you think about me adding a berger panel to my car? How much would that cost me? Thaks for the compliments.:usa:

I added a dupli color "berger" panel today, I was thinking of black but I ended up going with the color shifting paint. Wanted something diferent. Didnt come out as good as I thought. First time painting anything. What do you think? :brick:

all you need is that slp package where the exhaust comes out the center. That looks tight on Z's

Nice choice on the wheels, first time I've seen them on a 4th gen. I really love my C5s.

I'll post up pics of the new GMMG exhaust ASAP. :usa:

GMMG rules, the only exhaust I would ever consider changing my LM to.

Yeah, out with the blowmaster in with the GMMG. :usa:

The only bad thing about Ground effects is that if you knock onw off then you have to find one. Stuff like that in a few years will be hard to find. Try looking for new 3rd gen parts. No more GM and no one making aftermarket yet.

Its finally in, and the Hooker headers too. This shit sounds fackin bad ass, IMHO.:usa:

I have the Year One catalog and noticed you guys don't have all that many replacement parts, and some of them are downright expensive. I need a few small obscure screws for the interior too, it is annoying.

Yeah I hope I dont lose one of the front pieces of the ground fx. I already lost one of the "fasteners" for one side. Where can I find a replacement? I tried local autoparts, they dont have the right ones. Thanks guys.

you said both positive or negative comments.

for the most part i love the car, thats got to be one of the best looking colors out there and the gm body kit is awesome, i really think it finishes the cars. the rims are some of the best i've seen out there. the clear turn signals and grill really look good too. for the most part its a great looking car.

but i have to say the black piece on the back kills it for me. Its a little boring and plain being body color, good attempt on dressing it up but to be honest with you i think it ruins the car from the back end. and if it runs as good as it looks thats all anyone is ever going to see.

I appreciate your honesty. You're right that is the thing that is seen the most, by other cars. Cant please everyone though.

Actually it looks better in the pictures than in person. Im going to have a professional redo the whole thing. Im going to do gloss black, instead of flat black, so It can match the roof. Thanks for the compliments though.

The stealership is where I found the fasteners for the wife's camaro . Not that bad of a price either . They dont have all of the fasteners though , at least that was what I was told by that dealership . I ended up using some different ones I got from the help section at the auto parts store for the ones they couldn't get. Worked like a charm . Car looks good man .

Here are some more. I had the rear panel painted by a pro. since I didnt like how it came out when I painted it. I took these pictures in Perris, CA. If anyone is familiar with the area. On Ramona Expressway off of the 215.

Thanks for the compliments. I like the panel a whole lot more now. The letter inserts just look so good. You will love them on your blue camaro. Your other car is a Yenko Super Camaro I presume. Post up pics of both.

I want to borrow my brothers SLR digital to take some nice pictures of my car this summer.

I will get a tripod and set the camera to manual and that should allow for some great night shots.

if you are parked in the dark but the background is not moving you should be able to set the camera for a long exposure picture and it would turn out good pending the camera is stable 100%.
