How big do you want to go? I run 315/35R17's on TTII 17x11 rims on the rear of my T/A. The tire/wheel combo is flush with the fender at the top (does not protrude past fenders).

You have to do some slight 'BFH' mods to the front/inner wheel well area and grind the corners off your bump stop brackets to gain clearance but the work is minor. Never had any rubbing problems whatsoever.

315's have a sidewall x-section of 12.4", tread slightly smaller

What size tires are you planning. Many run 315's without tubbing. We have 315's on a couple of our shop F-bodies. Next up on our current project...335s! Now that's some tubbing!
