what will this truck run

Ok its my buddies truck but i wanna know "ballpark" what it may run

it is a 2002 2500 hd standard cad long bed 6.0l

it has 3.5 single flowmaster exhaust, tb spacer, cai, and a programmer

also it is lifted with 35 inch tires with 4.10 gears

anyone? my guess would be 16.8

6.0 can be made quick (for a truck) with just a cai and a tune.

I am not sure how good a programmer works but if it like a tune (even mail order) I will say it should run better than a 16.8 with the stock rims/tires.

Those 35's are gonna slow it down, especially if they are a wide tire.
