Shift Improver Kit

Does anyone have a kit number from B&M or smiliar company for the shift improver kit for the 4L60E?

Also, I keep hearing about replacing the servo for better shift. I HATE the shift lag from 2nd to 3rd after you let your foot off the gas!!!
