Well after getting to the shop. I was told the Dynojet wasn't working and all they had was a Mustang Dyno . :(

Even though the Mustang Dyno read lower, its actually better for tuning. Soo...........

I could only get 7# of boost. Not the 10-12 I was hoping for. (Time for a smaller blower pulley)
And running really rich 11:1. I ended up with:

550.5 RWHP - 505 RWTQ - 7# Mustang Dyno

605.55 RWHP - 555.5 RWTQ - 7# DynoJet :dunno:

And what I understand. These numbers are about 10% lower than a DynoJet. So I think I hit my 600 RWHP mark. :dunno:

Dayum Ed....I'll take a tune on a Mustang over a DynoJet any old day....
I'm at what...490 RWHP and 585 RWTQ on a Mustang right now with a 100 shot.....I keep mine in the 11's across the RPM band on the juice.....are these numbers with nitrous?

Nope. No Nitrous ;)

Yet :)

I didn't want to get too greedy. Plus I wasn't familar with the Dyno. So thought I would wait on spraying.

Nice numbers man! I'm also running the P1SC but on a 347. What crank pulley, blower pulley are you running? I'm trying to get around 10-12 lbs on the P1 also so just wandering what you have in mind to get there. Those are some awesome #'s on 7 lbs though.

I run a tensioner from SD-Concepts (http://www.sd-concepts.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=50_60_62_55&products_id=19) which is a 7.25 crank pulley with a 3.4 blower pulley.

I am thinking about buying the SDCE setup while the car is down. What size pulley are you planning on running for 10 lbs?

That is what I am trying to figure out. I want to run the ATI crank pulley (7.65) If not, a 3.2 or 3.0 ASP blower pulley.

Spinning the engine to 6500, I only get 7# of boost. I would like to hit 10# at 6200.

So I either have to figure out if I can run a ATI crank pulley (7.65) or a 3.2 blower pulley with the SDCE.

Ed what size blower pulley u running now??

With my SDCE setup i was only seeing 7 psi with a 3.7" blower pulley at 6200 rpm with my 370ci motor. That was with the stock twins... the 3.5" ones.... i then swapped to 3" SS Hard piping and a FMIC and picked up 4 psi. I was at 11 psi bro.... it made that much of a difference and were that restrictive....... I also had ordered a 3.4" and a 3.3" blower pulley to swap out but never did before i sold the kit to go Turbo.
Let me know if you need any help or pics man i can post up what i did and how much it cost me.

I run the SDCE 7.25 with an ATI 3.4 blower pulley.
I have been looking at switching to the new intercoolers (4.5) :dunno:

The last setup with an MMS pulley and a 3.7. I could hit 10#.

I am going to check for leaks. Maybe I will pull off the EGR just to make sure that it's not leaking.
