Big thanks again to Y2KPewterSS for his help with this. It takes a bit of work, but so far it's turning out nicely. Pay close attention to the left side.

We still got a lot of wires to hide, but big improvement :D

!wire mod looks sooooo good. Cleans it up a whole lot. Sometimes I wish my car wasn't black so it would be more obvious that I hid mine. It looks stunning on pewter. :yup:

Yep, I think it cleans things up nicely. That Y2KPewterSS kid does good work. I have since removed that unsightly battery handle too. :)

Oh trust me, it's on the list of things to do. I have already had it deleted from the computer. I want a nice custom block-off plate though.

What do you guys use to buff the paint under the hood, especially the shock towers? I started to use 3M compound and a rag. PIA
Did you guys use a buffer and what size pad?

I've never buffed the paint there. It is bare paint with no clear coat. I just keep it clean.

Well, when your car has 120,000 miles, the paint is pretty well dulled to the point that it looks like primer. I am sure someone on this site has done it.
