My dad was a ford fan and always gave me hell for all the chevys i brought home. it started with my 79 z28 to long he said and to small of motor.but i loved it.
then was the 69 rsss no paint or brakes but a hot motor he said u got robed boy and i told him i allways wanted a 69 camaro he was right then i got a 75 chevy short box truck and none of the fenders or doors or hood was the same color but made the motor run hot my first hot rod truck all he did was shake his head. he told me i needed a ford so i found a 1964 ford truck unibody had a hard time buying it then i found out it had a 327 in it chevy soul he told me i was crazy he was right even with a chevy motor that ford truck sucked so i went back to chevy trucks he said i love u son if that what u like so be it. then he passed away and never got to see my 99 lola my mom said he would of liked this one.:Ot:

Well, our car is the Trans Am. One day when my daughter was almost 4 we were driving home from South Bend, IN. We raced (and killed easily by 3-5 car lengths) a '06 Charger Magnum R/T (his girlfriend was pissed, at least he gave me a thumbs up). She looked at me after the race and said, "Daddy, this car is too fast." So, that is our car's name. It might be the new (rear only) license plate for '08.

2002 Navy Blue Metallic Camaro SS has been named “The Rocket”…..My car showed up at the dealership about a month before I bought it and was purchased by another gentleman. My 67 RS/SS I've always called "Tire fryer" (Cali plate TIRFRIR - I've had this car for 20+ years) cuz it's got a 454 with a 3500 stall TH400 and a 4.10 geared 12 bolt. Even with slicks it will boil the tires from a standing start (you gotta know how to pedal to get it to launch properly). I call the 02 Z the same name except it's an AZ plate (TIRFRYR). With the 2.73 open it would do a mean 1-wheel peel. Even with the 3.42 posi it'll dance around if you hit the skinny pedal at 15 and under (it's an A4).
