they are probably just chrome vinyl overlays, and u can get those from brentfranker.

You should be able to get them from SLP.

I got plain chrome ones for my ZR1's from SLP.

I would pass on the center caps and just replace the factory lugs with some nice durable chrome ones. I think I spent around $30 on a bag of them for all four wheels and it came with four locking lugs too. The factory lugs are of pour quality and tend to wear out over time when they are taken on and off. Most wheel shops will carry them.
