can't get my lower a-arm off!

how do i get the 2 bolts out of the lower a-arm front bolt hits the steering rack boot, the back bolt just wont budge. is the back threaded in the k-member or something the nut is off and wont push up thru. should i do something diffrent please tell me what works.

unbolt the tie rod from the spindle to move it out of the way.

the bolt will come out. take the arm and push it inward as far as it will go. then pull the bolt out.
