Happy new year from Germany! I have a 1998 Camaro Z28, pretty much stock except for Dynomax catback and Hypertech programming. It's a pretty exotic car over here, there are just a handful (literally) in the area of Hamburg, where I live. So it's good to have a source of reliable info from the land of V8s... By the way: I can legally go it's topspeed here, 160 mph !!! :)

naa, wasn't that bad here, either. also: couple of trees, but that was it. i even took the car to work (thought about taking the subway, so it wouldn't end up being flatter than it already is... under a tree).

For some reason I'm hearing this song from Supertramp in my head Fun-Fun-Fun on the Autobahn. Must be nice for you because for me, I then hear another song by them- Dreamer your such a silly dreamer.

Never heard that the Autobahn-song, but I know dreamer:
Next time I'll think about that one when I read about all the mods you guys are doing over there. Here pretty much everything is illegal or needs special permits or inspections. Doing anything to your car is a pain in the ***!
My catback and my HPP3 is basically against the law...

Great thing is that the inspectors don't know anything about those cars. Go there with a VW and it's a different story...

That's true, but a couple of Inspectors know's a bit about US Cars. But of course not all :yup:
