Without supercharger, enless the supercharger is the cheapest total way. Thanks a ton for your help. All i have done is cat back exhaust and BG ram air with SLP air box.

A4 or M6. If A4 LTs, ORY, 3600 or greater Stall, 3.73 gears and you'll be damn close. Thats what I have and ran a 12.50 on a very humid day this summer. Im hoping its good for a 12.3x with cooler weather. Or you could just spray it and call it a day.

the one thing that everybody knows is....
you can't make a 12 sec. ls1. you'll need to get a DOHC Honda 4 cylinder, or Vtec. You'll need a park bench, and about 73 stickers. Oh, and paint your hood primer black, it makes it more aerodynamic. Good luck, this conversion is roughly $20K and you should be right were you need to talk a good game of smack. [seriously, who needs time slips?]

with that many stickers you're going to need at least a 3' high wing in the back to keep it stable. i'd be too afraid to get in a car that powerful without some downforce on the rear wheels! on second thought, you might need a 4' wing. also make sure it's aluminum, and bolted into your trunk so it's secure. finally, make sure you have AT LEAST some fat 185/70R/15 tires up front. you need to make sure you have some traction on that beast.

and a 6in FART can on the ass of it, with 4 different kind of rims to go alone with it. and a ton of gauges also to make it colorful inside of the car.

What is exactly the ricers point of big spoilers on the rear? correct me if im wrong but I thought a spoiler was for downforce. They are front wheel drive!!! putting downforce on the rear isnt going to do much right?

Add headers, a 3200 stall and a cam(224/228) and forget the 12's.

2800 stall,
I'm not an expert, but I would swap out that stall for a yank 3500 or something. Too small. But with all those friggin mods, you should def be doing better than 12.5. MHO

109 doesn't seem that much. What did you dyno?
My bar is a bolt-in.

I would do the double decker spoiler. Not only will add weight it will serve as a place to hang your laundry...
Seriously, Gears, 2800 or 3200 TC, L/T headers, exhaust and a lid.

I’m new and this is probably a dumb question, but what is a lid?

There's really no dumb questions if you're new, a lid is basically a aftermarket air box cover that flows better. See below.

Slicks always helps, but you have to be careful in our cars. GM did a pussy job of putting our rear ends together and once you get close to that 400HP # they start to go with track abuse. Most of the stories I've heard are people blowing them with slicks b/c they hook and the axle can't handle the strain and blows. Look into beefing up your axle or just buying a 12 bolt or 9". Hope this helps. MHO.
