Edlebrock torque arm

I've got a few days off coming up so I plan on doing so mods(headers, new lid and possibly TA). Whats everyone thing of the edelbrock TA? I've heard its not all that strong and not the best choice. It seems to be the cheapest out there and I'm deffinetly on a budget. I don't have any crazy hp but hopefully should be atleast in the 320+rwhp with the headers and tune. The car is mostly just a daily driver. Would this TA be a good choice? Do I need an adujstable or non?

I installed an Edelbrock TA on a friends SS about a year ago. It is a nice looking TA and definately much better than a stock TA. I have a BMR TA for mine and helped to install another BMR TA on another friends Camaro. The Edelbrock is a very very easy one to install due to its smaller diameter tubing. The BMR TA must weigh twice what an Edelbrock TA weighs. If you are just planning to keep the car a daily/street type car, the Edelbrock TA would be a nice piece to add, like I said, its much stronger than the stock TA. If you have future plans to add some serious HP to the car and want some great 60' times at the track I would pass on the Edelbrock and save for a BMR/UMI/Spohn TA.

The BMR TA is made from MIG welded 1.25" x .120" tubing
