The tail lights won't work in my 00 TA. The blinkers work fine, none of the bulbs are burned out. There is no fuse for just the tail lights in the box either. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm sure it's not the bulbs, but how do you know it's not the bulbs?
Do the other parking lights (not just the DRL) work? i.e. the side markers
Do you have a multimeter to look for power?
Do the brake lights work?

The same bulbs light up for the turn signals, but they do not work when the brakes are used. I guess I'll start by replacing all of the bulbs.

if ur saying the brake lights dont light up. check behind the brake pedal theres a switch that closes the circuit. the switch should be close to the top of the pedal ive seen on other cars it kinda falls off place and the button wont press when you press on the pedal.

Yes, all of the lights work, even the parking lights. The brake lights are the only thing that do not work. I do not have a voltmeter.

Ahhhh... brake lights are different, I was thinking tail lights like parking lights. I'd definitely check the switch. Any remote start on your car or anything like that?
I agree with badata above, check that switch first. There's probably two swtiches if I remember right. (it's been a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time)

Does the third brake light come on?

My third brake light does not come on. There are two switches behind the pedal and they are both functioning. Are there some fuses that I can try replacing before I take it to the shop? I just don't have time to hunt down the area where it is losing the power...

The third brake light does not come on. There are two white switches that complete the circuit behind the pedal and they are both functioning. Are there fuses that I can try replacing before I take it to the shop?

as far as I know there isn't any brake light fuse to check. I'm curious to know, how do you know both switches are functioning?
You have a meter right? What have you tested?
The shop is going to rape you (or make you feel like an idiot if it's simple).
