Looks sweet, next time you're out there, pull the car 3/4 parallel with the ocean, that way you can get come cleaner pictures, and take a tire brush to remove the sand from the tops of the tires too. You're only those 2 steps away from a callendar pic...oh, and add babes.

I was thinking of cleaning the tires. But i was just there to get some fresh air. It would be cool to get into a callendar. I was with my babe at the time and asked her to get into a pic and she said her hair was to messy.:denied:
Hope to get to go to spring brake next summer without the ball and chain.
I took this pic the last time i was there. Months ago.

Looks good man. I would have sworn it was my car with the white overlays and tint. My rims are different, you have some stickers and you still have your side moldings (why!?). You gotta get those off man, it looks sooooo much better without
In any case, looks great!

Thanks. :yup:
But the side moldings are gone. In my first post the pics show the moldings are gone. And in the other post with the pic of my car the moldings are still there. Im so glad i took them off. The car looks so much better with put them.
And thanks again. And were are pics of your som t/a?:Pics:

She's dirty right now anyway. I haven't washed her in weeks and it's been raining. :(

I love SOM T/As. I'd be willing to trade everything I've got in my car and go back to stock if I could get my hands on a SOM T/A 'vert...

Hey man,Just wanted to say sweet ride. That actully is the nicest color GM ever put on an F body .I just wish instead of the red and silver strips that came on my 02 35th anv SS that it would have been the color of yours with the anv striping. Again sweet ass ride!

It is a gorgeous color. GM really did it up with the T/A from 98'-02, which is why I'll never understand why they didn't sell. If it were within my power at the time, I would of bought three, a black one, a SOM, and a white anniversary. Alas, it was not in my power at the time.

I found four in 1998 all at a dealers lot. Three were sold awaiting pick-up. The last one was a WS6 Convertible SOM. BUT I could NOT afford it and at the time didn't want to modify the UGLYYYY Singe-Outlet exhaust.
So, the Pontiac dealer had a cancelled previously ordered BLACK TA coming in -in three weeks. I was 23 in 1998, and this was to be delivered THE DAY of my birthday....... OHHH WAS I IN SEVENTH HEAVEN! I asked the dealer - no, I DEMANDED the dealer leave the car as it was rolling off the delivery truck - stickers left on, plastic the works.
I picked it up the day of my Bday and man was I proud. Took her home and detailed her up, waxing underneath the whole car. There was NO WAY there was a piece of dirt anywhere I could touch. She was a black TA, graphite leather, monsoon, she had it all. I was in love. It had a whopping 10 miles on the odometer when she rolled off that truck from GM. My first real love. I put seven grand down and financed the rest - trading in two cars.
Well, the cars were SUPER hard to find when I looked in 1998, I found another right after I purchased this one, it was like a purple color as I recall. No matter where I found one, NO dealer dickered off that sticker even a cent. YOU paid 100% sticker. It was worth every penney to me.
Sadly, with 2,123.4 miles on her, I had to sell her ONE year later. A grown man cried. My then hoe-ass of a girlfriend was cheating on me and I was left too much in debt by her and when we split, I was emotionally shot and lost my job. I had to immediately sell my love as I could not make but one more payment out of savings.
It took me until 2005 to buy another and that is my 1997 WS6 with 30,000 miles on her clock. Still a little chick in my opinion.
I will always remember my black-bird as I called her. The guy who bought her from me got a deal, I hope he took care of her........ I wanted to share cuz your car reminded me of that experience when I was able to buy a brand-new Trans Am - and to this day, cannot SEE HOW GM could not sell these cars. I truly don't get it. Seems to me they FLEW off the lots.
They sure do now. Believe me.
