I would try buffing it.

If buffing does not work, then try 1500 grit wet sand paper. When that is completed, then use glaze to bring back the shine. Make sure you use an orbital polisher. Makes the job a lot easier.

Believe it or not, bathroom tub and tile cleaners will get that off.
I had a 98 Firebird that I once left parked in my parents driveway while on vacation. It rained while I was away and water pooled on the rear spoiler (the driveway is at an angle). By the time I got back, the water had dried up, but left a nasty water mark on the spoiler. I tried washing the car with no luck. Then looking at it, it appeared to be just like a hard water deposit that you get in the shower. So I used some Shower Power that I had for cleaning my bathroom. Low and behold, that worked. Now stupid me didn't test it first in an inconspicuos area to make sure it wouldn't ruin my paint. I got lucky that it worked fine. You also want to wash and polish the car after doing this.

its been raining alot here in orlando and just over the weekend it was nice and had the very samething on my door. it would not come out with just a wash. so i took out the buffer and the cleaner wax. it came right out with it. i was like wtf. were did this come from. but with some work it came right out. did you ever get yours off?

If thats seepage from parking in a concrete ceiling garage white vinegar on a soft rag will take it off. Let it soak a minute or two and rub gently. I had stalagtites or stalgmites (one of them) on my previous Z28. Raised a big stink with garage folks which didn't do any good. Thought the paint was ruined but came out fine.

that is a harsh looking water stain....take it to a body shop and have them wet sand and buff the door if not the whole car...it doesnt cost much
