Can any one tell me what code this is. P1870. What can I do to get rid of it.

P1870 - Transmission Component Slipping. If the fluid level is correct and looks nice and red don't know what to tell ya. Stock TC right?

No it's got a fuddle 3600 stall with a transgo shift kit. I just got it tuned about a month ago. It had no problems then.

Then I'd talk to your tuner and see what they say, PCM may just be detecting excessive TCC slip when the TCC is engaged.
