I am thinking about swaping the LS1 in my 99' Z-28 to the LS2 6.0 crate motor, that dynos at 400 rwhp. Does this require a computer change? Also what does the stock m6 tranny, and rear end hold up to horsepower wise?

depends on how hard you drive it.......if you are a normal driver then four hundred is probably getting to be too much for the ten bolt and you should upgrade this and your clutch ASAP.......the clutches don't last all that long with a stock LS1 in them if you launch hard at all........you will probably need to upgrade both sooner rather than later.

the m6 will take upwards of 600+hp without a whimper.
