Does anyone know the weight of a stock 99 Z28 hood. I know the weight of a fiberlass hood. What is the weight savings for drag race purposes?

Yes, I am guessing! No one has replied to this yet so I figured I would give it a shot! In about 2 weeks I will be able to tell you. I am putting an SS hood on.

not exactly sure how much weight it will save you, but i found it much easier to lift up my new fiber glass ram air hood as opposed to the stock one i used to have. definitely no notice in performance tho
