Good Day Folks,

IN the summer, i told my nephew to grab a sponge and go to town on the bugs on the front of my car....well...he did do that but grabbed some sort of rough scrubber (I guess he got bored), and now i have these small microscratches in my clear coat, (you only see them where he was scrubbing away). So essentially they occur in patches across the front of my grill and fascia...
Is there any way to buff or detail these microscratches out of the clear coat?
Cheers...any advice here would be appreciated!!

You might want to look into Zaino PC

http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=Z-PC&Category_Code=Zaino

It can be hand buffed or used with an orbital buffer. I have personally used it and like all other Zaino products it works well. :)

Thanks for the tip Silver SUrfer...I'll check that out as well, Meguiar's is probably easier for me to come across up here around these parts...

Try 3M 39009 available at NAPA. Much more effective than the Zaino ZPC, and Meguiar Scratch-X by a long shot.
I would recommend getting at least a PC Porter Cable Orbital Buffer. It makes a huge difference. Only with a buffer you will see better results with the ZPC, but by hand I don't think you'll be as successful
