Stroker motor, new intake?

I need to re-do my lower end so of course want to do a stroker. Not sure how big to go but I know I want to change as little as possible up top since it is all pretty much new. So how big can I go before I absolutely have to change intake cam throttle body etc. Have .580 228 114 cam LS6 intake ported throttle body.:flex:

Oh and was going to go turbo but after some research have since decided to do a 150 or 200 shot of nitrous. Don't know if that mattered or not.:sillyme:
