im do now for my 1st. oil change, what do you recommend ? Its a white B4C out of calif. w/ the LS1 35th ann.package... i was thinking Mobil 1 & Baldwin B31 oil filter.. Dang this car fast compared to my 93 CHP SSP(5.0)

Mobil1 5w30 or Royal Purple.

K&N oil filter #HP-1007 or AC Delco Duraguard #PF-46.

No.

But I would run it.
Mobil 1 is a great oil, but Sarge has some info on them that basicly made it much more expensive than it is worth. Still a good oil though.

Mobil 1 is in mine right now. Probably going to go with Amsoil next change. :yup:

tarrrron510- picked her up in los angeles,ca... sandman- B4C is the police version camaro, basically a stripped Z28 ; 5.7, extra coolers , HARD TOP ONLY , usually they are white w/ 16 wheels, definately a SLEEPER, but they do move:hi: .

I changed my opinion on the oil. Skip the Mobil 1.

What is the name of the auction in southern california where you got your car? Im looking for a B4C? How much were they going for at the auction?
