HOw to get hooked up

Hello

I have a stroked LS1 98 T/A I cannot get any traction no tmatter how well I feather the throttle its also pretty much the same thru second gear just to much low end torque. SO what are the things I can do I have tried even drag radails and I can spin them all thru 1st even at 17lbs.... any ideas??
