Hey all, I am looking to see if any one has one, or has a link to where I can PU a LH tail light for 2001 Trans Am. The one on the car now has taken on water / condensation over the years, and the silver backing inside the light it's self has started turning black. Very dim look when the lights are on. Of course all of the light on this car seem to attract water like a sponge! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Every once in awhile you can find one on Ebay.. other than that, try looking at local scrapyards. If nothing else, you can order one from GM parts direct, but it's still going to be like 150-200 last I looked.

I had the same problem with my passenger side. I wound up drilling holes in the bottom of each light pod so it would drain.

after I get the new lights, I was told to seal them with clear silicone, let them sit for 24 hrs, and never worry with leaks again....as a matter of fact..I was told this work great on all the lights.

I had this same problem and the dealer ship replaced it for free. It was a honda dealership at that and it was not under warranty, great place
