View Full Version : Magnaflow users please

Looking at getting some magnaflows, just wondering if they have the dreaded droan that so many exhausts have, I had B&B Bullets on the vette for about 2weeks, way to much droan, switched to Corsa's, no droan,and sound great, but Corsa's on the TA are about $300 to $350 more than the Magnaflows, Thanks for your help

Ive had mine since two months after I ordered my car and have loved the sound... not too loud .. but when you kick in the passing gear it sounds unbelievable...

i moved back to virginia and my comp has been in storage while my house is being finished so im staying at a friends... ill be back on more after next week ..

i love my magnaflow. i got long tubes and OR y-pipe and it sounds great

I like mine,nice and deep sound.Great quality.explain the droan.

01 WS6,Custom Comp 228/236-588/578-114,ported/polished heads w/Manley Race Master valves,ti retainers,hardend pushrods,Mac headers,ory,Magnaflow,complete BMR susp,DTS 12 bolt,3.73's,Midwest 3400 stall,Bunch of other stuff.

magnaflow doesnt really drone at all.

No drone with mine.
Although I am running duals with Magnaflows out back.

No drone here, found some guy on here wish I could remember who but his brother worked for Magnaflow shipped my exhaust to the door for around 300. Heck of a deal, and a very nice quality kit. Where at in Va did you move?

I'm happy with the sound of my magnaflow, It has a smooth mellow sound under normal driving conditions but when you stomp on it you can tell its there!

that sounds like it going to be a lot like the Corsa's, from the vid clips I have heard the Magnaflows will be a little deeper than my Corsa's though, think that will be the ticket, Ozzie

Are all camaro magnaflow mufflers the same flow thru design whether they were from 2002 or brand new. No improvement in flow or design?
