Replacing Rear Main Seal?

Look like it's a job that I need to do here on a 94 Formula coming up...does anybody know if there are any walkthroughs for this kind of job? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a lot of time to do the job and want to make sure I do everything right!

Its a one piece seal on 1993's and up, Just have to remove the clutch and flywheel, then pop it out and pop in a new one, mite want to replace your clutch while your in there, if needed.
