are these cutouts anygood?

I am thinking about buying these dmh electronic cutouts. has anybody used them and if so any info would help.

IMO cutouts are ok to use when on the highway but due to no back pressure you are going to loose torque off the line and at low rpm... if it was up to me save up and get a magnaflow or a borla cat back system with headers this will give you more horsepower more torque and a much better sound... IMO let me know what you decide to do...
