upgrades!

Hey everyone i'm new in here.I'M lookin for some awesome upgrade tips that would do a increase in performance for my 2001 red ss conv. 6spd i'm tryin to get at least over the 500 mark.Any advise is a great help.Exspecaly if it worked for you!Thanks.

FIRST you need Long Tube headers, do a search to find out the best performing / cheapest ones

SECOND you need a cam, wether you go turbo or SC, or cam only the cam size and specs will differ, cam only you'll want a huge cam.

HEAD work will be necessary for prime flow, if you can do all this yourself you'll be better off and save a lot of money.

ASIDE from all these power adders you may want to think about traction first, its hard to launch these cars with stock power,

also keep in mind the rear end in this car is very weak and could fail under stock power.....

I own a 98 ws6 T/A and put on a D-1SC procharger on and dynoed at 450hp and 427 ft/tq to the wheels. a supersharger is the way to go. Plus it sounds so cool.
