I WAS SCARED WHEN I SAW SC V8 ON HIS CAR---IT WAS AN ASTON MARTIN 2 SEATER---it was very stylish and when he revved, the sc was loud...but not like the terminator....THIS GUY WAS DOING A STAGING BURNOUT FOR TRACTION,,I GUESS...BUT HE SEEMED TO BE SMOKING THE SHIT OUT OF HIS TIRES.....AND WHEN THE LIGHT WENT......IT SEEMED HE HEATED HIS TIRES TOO MUCH...after i feathered 1st gear and put her in 2nd he got traction.....way too late......

so i gave him another try, and he didnt heat the tires this time......he got good traction this time but i was pulling way too fast to count how far he was behind......by 3rd gear i was gone and decided to get out of the area.....

but those things blow ass...my buddy said the v-12 sc would kill me...but i dunno, i handed the v8 his ass pretty badly....:nana: :nana: :nana: :nana:

kinda pointless to spend the money on the martin

Yah But You Dont See Them Every Day---and Thats Why They Pay Top Dollar---and 75 % Of People Think The More Expensive The Faster And Mor Luxurious The Car---well Even If Its Comfortable At 150,000 , Losing To An F Body Would Make The Whole Car Feel Like Shit

The point of the Aston Martin is not all out speed. It is a Grand Touring car that is meant for long highway trips at higher speeds. Think of it as a more sport tuned Bently Turbo R for half the price.

Heh, you ever driven your F-body long term ? I drove a 97 Vert from New Hampshire to Washington state a few years back... Don't get me wrong I LOVE the F-body. Hell I still own one... But a Luxury touring vehicle it is NOT.
I had a 93 Cobra that was a better long distance driver than my 01 SS. Thats NOT what I bought it for tho, I bought it for the obvious reasons.
You simply cannot compare the two cars that way, anymore than you can a super modded cavalier that outran a stock Z06.. yeah its fast the Vette owner thinks, but....it's a cavalier. Just my .02 cents
