What are my tranny tune options?

I just got a 100 shot nitrous kit and wanted to get my A4 tranny shifting a bit better/harder/safer.

Can anyone link me to a product or place that offers a "tranny tune" or "better" kit. I have a 2002 Z28 and heard something along the lines that the computer will sometime "soften" the shift if the wrong tranny kit is put on.

Is this true?

why not take it to a shop and get a custom tune

You can adjust the shift firmness with a Hypertech Power Programmer in 25% steps up to 100% firmer.Also,it allows you adjust the shift points as well.

At high boost levels and higher torque a Power Programmer is indeed appropriate.

While an HPP does what it advertises, it is very, VERY, limited. Get a real tuning program, and sell the toy. I did, and I have never looked back.
