Buying a 4 Speed auto for my 67 GTO...Need suggestions

I'm getting ready to install a 4 speed auto and a 502 Ramjet in my 67 GTO....Been out of it for a while...Any suggestion for a non lockup for about 1500-1700 dollar range? Also, 700r4 or 200 or 485le?
