All images should be submitted to calendar@ls1.com
1. This calendar is non nude. Stop sending topless babes....although we've enjoyed them. :faint: Also, please make sure their is a girl in the picture, as this is called "the Ladies of Ls1.com" calendar. Shots of cars without women will not be considered.
2. Please shoot pictures that you wish to be IN THE CALENDAR. We've gotten a lot of "test photos" but don't have the time to go through and approve something or someone and get back to you. What you submit will be what we judge. :approved:
3. Shoot all images horizontally and please make sure your images are high resolution; a 3.5+ mega pixel camera should do just fine. Please shoot on it's highest quality settings. No camera phone shots will be considered. If your images are too large to email, please contact calendar@ls1.com for FTP information *we can accept upto 15mbs in one email*
4. Feel free to shoot photos of your cars "attributes" and send a little write up about your car include the following info: Car year, Owner name, model name & car name, appearance/performance upgrades if applicable. I have included a sample photo below, obviously it is lacking the girl, but hey, it's all i have so far.
5. photography tips:
_ a tripod always helps
_ stay calm when shooting
_ avoid shooting into the sun, unless you know how to compensate for that
_ avoid shooting between 11am and 2pm as the sun is normally overhead and doesn't provide good directional light/shadow/detail and images can become blown out or "flat"
_take multiple shots of the same scene/pose just incase one turns out blurry or under/over exposed, there is a back up of it. Please send all of your files!
