Anybody know who does good porting/polishing in NJ?? Preferably near central jersey, but it wont kill me to drive a few miles.

If it's for a throttle body you can send it to Shaner...he does good work.

I have my stock Tb i would sell you so you could ship it to shaner have him port and still be able to drive your car while you wait. My stocker has 2001 throttle linkage though, so you would have to put your 98 linkage in it before you put it on the car or tell shaner he may have extra linkage for 98-00 laying around and go ahead and throw it in for you. $40 plus shipping for my stocker.
