Help with scratches on rims

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and looking for some suggestions. Does anyone know of a product that will remove light scratches from my stock chrome rims? They aren't bad, but you can see them close up. I've tried Turtle Wax Chrome Polish and Meguires Chrome Polish, but the scratches are still there. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks

wet sand with 600 up to 1600 grit paper

I'd finish the wet sand with a 2000, chrome will still show a 1600.
