well my best is 13.08 trying to get that 12.9

got msd's, ported throttle body, and removed all emissions equiptment, and b& m shift kit,

i thought i would squeeze into the 12.9 well first pass was 13.8, then 13.7, then 14.0

wtf i thought then after the run the engine tried to rev up

ok there goes my tranny pulled the dip stick and sure enough it was burnt smelling, let the car cool off and drove 60 miles home, made it

when running the car i got a 2.2 60 ft and i usually get 2.0 ,Now since i still have torque managment in my computer will this cause the engine to kinda loose power when the tranny slips to prevent excessive damage?

either was the car is gonna get a good power rebuild, any tips, parts?

also the car has 2.73 gears, will going with 3.73 be easier on the tranny since it has more leverage

if your tranny is shit before the shiftkit..then the shift kit will fuck it up more. just look at our sponsers and look around the board for posts about good rebuild shops..i think texas speed is known for good work.
