I have a 2001 ta ws6 and have stock headers and a LM exhaust will car be a lot louder with a cutout. If Yes where to install it.

if you have a LM... you dont need a cut out.... save your money for some long tube headers...

I had mids with high flows and the loudmouth exh and ORY. I got rid of the cats and installed the cutouts where the cats use to be. Yeah its loud now even if I dont open the cutouts ...with the cut outs gone...holy shit!!!! I also picked up 2 miles per hour in the quarter with them open.
