Paint Job???

I'm thinking of painting my car to look exactly like this. What do yall think?

If anyone is good with photo shop, i'd like to see what the car would look like dark blue where it is yellow, and gun metal silver where the black stipe is.

i like it, but what about not painting the point on the front bumper, stopping after the nostrils on the hood? i think that would look better.

i think the Yellow with black looks fucking amazing, almost ferrari, super car-ish...the one i rendered is "eh"...but damn!!!!! does that yellow look good!

dude, that black/yellow is TITS!!!! i'll be pumped...tell us how it goes! oh, and if you want my artistic opinion-tell them to use "millenium yellow" [corvette] and not that weak ass CE yellow color. Infact, if you have some say in it-tell them to add metal fleck to the mix so that sucker will really REALLY shine.

I'm not sure, b/c the car is sooo far away, but is there a pinstripe of silver between the black and yellow? If so, thats really hot.

I think there is a silver pin stipe. Even if there isn't, i was going to ask for one. That silver pinstripe (IMO) would really set it off. I hope to have the cash for it by next month.

The logos on the side are a modified Bird Of Prey T/A graphic.

The hood is called a WS9 Outlaw hood. It's based on a WS6 & Firehawk hood, but the scoops are taller. The WS9 (non-Outlaw) hood has standard height scoops with the extractors. Roger at US Exotics use to make the hoods, but he stopped production last year. That's actually the last hood he built. The last time Roger & I talked, he had sold his F-Body hood molds to VFN Fiberglass. So they may be available there.

The paint job would have run around $2,000. The car owner has a security company and worked out a trade for some cameras and an install for the body shop that did the work. :cool:

They were custom done for that car. However, I am pretty sure the person that did them has the artwork saved in her computer. If you are wanting a set, send me a PM letting me know what color(s) you want them done in. :cool:
