i already planned on getting them from ebay. i just want to know what brand is best and an idea of how much to pay.

Only one company makes the halo lights, they are made over seas. I would not buy them off of ebay because, some of them do have leaking problems and if anything happens during shipping your kinda out of your money. you should buy them from a company that can give you a warranty.
