Until now, I thought only LT1Edit was the only tuner available for OBD2 LT1's, but then I found this:

JET Dynamic Spectrum Tuner
http://www.jetchip.com/products.asp?pid=24300&make=40&model=595

Is this new? Anyone have any experience with it?

It is accually OBD II Tuner CAT. Jet bought it from him not to long ago. I bought it from Tuner cat over a year ago when he first released it for my LT1. It has been a great product, the down side is now that Jet Spec. own's it. It is more expensive and is vin locked. While the one I have I can tune any vechical tuner cat has a file for. I am glad I bought it when I did.

I have never used LT1 edit but Tuner CATS has anything you would need to do as far as programing goes.

Yes, and Jet upped the price to three times what the cat was charging. Now it is more inline with the LT1edit prices.

It is unfortunate that Jet got so greedy. It is actually $500, vs. $250 for LT1Edit.
I own LT1Edit, and I have seen Tunercat.
Tunercat has more capabilities, but LT1Edit is easier to use.
Personally, I would not pay twice the price for a similar product.

$500?!? Jet really is greedy. Do you have a link so that I can see their asking price with my own eyes?

I hope Tcat got paid real well for letting that software go to 'gougers' like jet!
