BMR Boxed or Tubular Subframe Connectors? The boxed looks way more rugged from the pics: BMR SFCs (http://bmrfabrication.com/F-bodyChassis.htm#subframeconnector)

boxed is supposed to be stronger, tubular is supposed to be for if you have ground clearance problems, i have boxed on mine and ive never had a problem with them, youll feel the difference to, but youll also get alot more road noise

it's harder to bend a square tube vs a round tube.

I might have to jump on this train again and see if Ill be able to notice a difference the 2nd time around. I see too many people saying its a night and day difference. If and when I do, Ill post up MY review, which are usually very detailed and not biased cuz I paid money for such parts.
First time was on a 94 mustang gt convertible. Got weld on boxes. Felt nothing.
