Alright for the longest time there has been a slight rattle. I notice it on cold start and at a certain rpm under load about 2100 rpm. It sounds like a washer rattling back and forth, thats the best way to explain it. I have been under the car while i heard it but could not follow it due to exhaust tone and damn lifter knock. Any body have the same problem? I am a tech at a chevy dealership here in phoenix and have heard a similiar noise coming out of GM products. Something to worry about?

I would slap some subframes on there. It will keep any rattle to a minimum

Exhaust hitting somewhere...loose heat shield...02 sensor washer...just gotta get under there and find it.

i have a 200 ws6 ram air and hear the same rattle ur talkin about, on the 02 sensors there are little thin metal shields that cover the wires right where the wires come into exhaust pipes, only at certain rpm it will rattle. lift car and just lightly bang on the exhaust pipe near the o2's and u will see them move ever so slightly,i was thinking maybe high temp sealant/gasket maker would cure the problem
sounds like your cat. converter took a shit on ya... same thing happened to me... does your car feel a little slower at all? when it happened to me not one damn code got set off (which really pissed me off cause i spent a ton of $ tring to figure it out!!!)
