first off does my 99 rsv6 have the same auto tranny and rear end as a ls1(a4 and 10 bolt) if so how much HP and more importantly torque are they good for

next up is boost levels if i were to install a turbo what kid of boost/CFM can i run stock? and if i goe to forged inards and low comp(feel free to suggest any kind of numbers)?

with the trubo installed how big of a WET shot can i run?

Ok, the transmission is essentially the same but the bell housing is slightly different and # of clutch packs (3 vs. 5).

Since your tranny is an auto you either have 3:08's or 3:42's

The rear end's are exactly the same.

You shouldn't focus on a RWHP and RWTQ # for limits..... it all depends on the current condition of what you have on the car. Adding a T/A girdle and stud kit increases the strength of the rear end. Having an auto gives the rear end less of a shock to it when drag racing vs a manual car.

Next you talk about turbo and boost #'s.... there are a million other area's that can reap better benifits. Most of the turbo guys just aren't that quick in my opinion. Mid/ high 13's? Hell... there are loads in the 14's. Even the blown ones too.

If you want to go qucik nitrous has prooved many times over to give you the best bang for the buck.

See sig ;)

Any other questions? Feel free to ask away

You'd have to buy the gears themselves, as well as a limited slip diff. You can keep the same rear end, just swapping out your parts inside it. And it is highly reccomended that you have at least intake/exhaust of some kind before spraying, but generally without a upgraded fuel pump, max is probably the 85 shot that comes in the NOS5175 kit. If you're looking at a 100 shot, you'll need a 255 lb/hr pump, and quite possibly some tuning. Hope that helps.

Instead of buying:
new gears
LSD unit
Gear install kit
Rear end fluid

Why not buy a complete rear end from an f body salvage yard?

I did that..... mine still works.

Billy Graham, TA Creations etc
