I've heard good things about the crane programmer. But all in all, nothing beats a good custom tune but wait till you get some big mods first. All bolt on's, you should be fine

i would go with a pro tune to start to get the car in its sweet spot then add tunes as u modify

+1 get a professional tune across the band for your specific mods.

some of these programers cost near $300.00, that is crazy!!! a dyno tune costs about that... and you get more power, better reliability, ect ect...

I bought a Hypertech tuner once and it was OK but it was hard to get my shift points right on my A4. I sold it and went to Pcmforless.com, Bryan will hook you up with a good tune according to your bolt-ons. The price was cheaper than the Hypertech and I got an extra 1/2 seconds at the track. Once they tune your PCM and you add additional MODS, Just send your PCM back to Bryan and its only $50 a pop. You will not be disapointed in their tune.

fortunately for me i live near byran and he is also a member of impala club that my brother is in. Bryan is an awesome guy and knows what he is doing and can get you the absolute most out of your car.
