Has ANYONE became frustrated with their power windows and done a conversion to manual, and if so, what parts did you use. Maybe share a little about how-to.

Seen it the other way around...frustrated...yes...just get a replacement motor with a lifetime warranty and do it yourself. Much easier the second time around and probably much cheaper than trying to go manual.

I believe it is Autozone who sells the motor with the lifetime warranty on it....

is there a way to make it "express down" with only the drivers side module? i.e. push the drivers side window button, and both window express down, but you can use the passenger button to control the window seperatley? or even the passenger door button to control the window seperately.

Yes.. there is. My pass window is express down as well as the drivers side. The module has gone up in price considerably since I did it, but I still think its worth it.

Really? They must have given you the wrong part - helped a buddy do both of his about a month ago with AZ motors.

You'd probably overload the module if you ran both sets of wires thru it. Some of the newer GM vehicles have both windows express down from the factory... you should look into one of their modules, maybe it can be retrofit to work on the camaro.

You know these motors go out because,
AC Delco is one shitty part. And the window is heavy. The motor can't handle it. I have had great luck with either the Dormans window motor, or Siemans.
AZ sell both.
