CAI in SS help?!!

Is it worth it to put SLP Cold air intake on an 01 camaro SS even if the camaro has the ram air hood? and are there any other mods that would be worth it that are less than $400?? please help!!:naughtywa

If you already have a good air lid try the Free Ram Air mod, it improves throttle responce.It actually works better in the 1/4 mile if the hood ram air is blocked off as the two air masses meet and cause turbulance. The only downside to FRA or the CAI is that your air filter gets dirty very quickly.It will not show an rwhp increase on the dyno but if you do timed runs you will notice the difference.
